GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This message directs the screening of Marines Eligible for service as a PSR and assignment to one of the three Basic Prior Service Recruiter Courses (BPSRC) in CY17.  Marines will be screened by their commands in accordance with reference (a) and will be interviewed by a prior service recruiting, career recruiter.  All new screenings will utilize references (b) and (c).  The former special duty assignment (SDA) checklist is no longer accepted by RAM-2 or SDA schools.
2.  The Marines identified in paragraph 7 are eligible for service as a PSR.  This roster was generated based on a number of qualifying factors.  Marines assigned to deployed units or units scheduled to deploy were removed.  Marines possessing a critically short PMOS were removed.
3.  Action
    a.  Commanders and the nearest PSR career recruiter will screen and interview the Marines listed in paragraph 7.
