FY22 Public Private Venture Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey

27 Oct 2021 | Erin Rohn The Official United States Marine Corps Public Website

The U.S. Marine Corps is conducting a Fiscal Year 2022 Tenant Satisfaction Survey directed towards tenants who live in Public Private Venture housing, or privatized housing, on Marine Corps installations.

To ensure more accurate feedback, there will be a separate survey launched to tenants in each housing type this year. For privatized housing tenants, the FY22 TSS will run from Oct. 28 through Dec. 13. Government-owned Family housing and Unaccompanied housing surveys will be distributed in January 2022.

All privatized housing tenants will be required to take the survey digitally this year. The survey link will be sent via email or directly by text to tenants using the contact information on file with their Military Housing Office. The annual PPV Housing TSS gives service members and their families in privatized housing an opportunity to share their perspectives on their housing communities, residences, and the services they receive from their private partner and local MHO. Responses are guaranteed to remain anonymous as the confidentiality of the answers are critical.

Every tenant’s feedback is important. Marine Corps leadership used the FY21 TSS results to help drive change and improve overall tenant experiences, including enhanced customer service and property improvements.

“Every service member and their families’ participation are vital in helping Marine Corps Housing Communities continue to progress and provide quality and affordable services.” Brig. Gen. Daniel B. Conley, MCICOM Commander

Surveys are being conducted by independent third party, Robert D. Niehaus, Inc., and take less than 10 minutes to complete. Several prizes and gift cards will be awarded.

For questions about the survey, contact Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. by calling 1-800-350-4888 or emailing Survey@RDNiehaus.com. We encourage our tenants to ask their local Military Housing Office for a link to their survey if not received by Oct. 29.
