02/28/2013 -- The flag of the United States is being flown at half-staff in honor of and tribute to the memory of Army General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, former commander U.S. Central command.
The flag is being flown at half-staff on all Department of Defense buildings, grounds and naval vessels throughout the United States and abroad accordingly.
