NEW ORLEANS -- Marine administrative message 335/15 discloses the details of fiscal year 2016 Active Reserve Special Education Program Selection Board.
The purpose of this MARADMIN is to encourage Active Reserve officers to apply for a fully funded graduate education program during fiscal year September 2016.
One opportunity exists every three years for AR officers to receive a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in the financial management 837 curriculum and receive a 9644 military occupational specialty. Participation in the SEP prepares this officer for duty in a programming and budgeting billet at Headquarters Marine Corps.
The SEP selection board will convene in coordination with the Reserve Professional Military Education board on Sept. 21, 2015. The application deadline is Aug. 7, 2015.
