Tampa, Fla., March 10, 2020 - A U.S. service member was killed in a non-combat related incident while participating in exercise Native Fury 20, in the United Arab Emirates, March 10.

The incident is under investigation.

In accordance with U.S. Department of Defense policy, the name of the service member is being withheld until 24 hours after next of kin notification is complete.
