Marine Corps Base Hawaii Hurricane Iselle impacts

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Due to the destructive weather predicted from Hurricane Iselle, and the associated declaration of emergency by the Governor of Hawaii, only essential personnel should report to work aboard MCB Hawaii on Friday, Aug. 8.  Essential personnel will report in at their normal work time or call in if they are unable to commute safely.  All non-essential personnel stationed on or working at Marine Corps Base Hawaii are not required to report to work. 

            Residents and employees are encouraged to check the base website, Facebook page, the local news and their supervisor or chain of command with any questions.
