Establish a comprehensive Marine Corps CBRNE preparedness policy for Marine Corps installations and provide guidance to support the coordinated planning, execution, and management of capabilities to minimize the effects of a CBRNE incident (intentional or unintentional), protect personnel and assets, and meet national military strategic requirements.
