This Order provides policy and procedures for the Marine Corps Installations and Logistics Awards Program (MCILAP). The MCILAP is administered by the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics (DC I&L) and is intended to commend individual Marines, Sailors, civilians, and organizations who have made significant contributions within the installations, logistics, and contracting communities. This Order is in accordance with references (a) through (p).
