The objective of this Navy and Marine Corps (NAVMC) handbook is to provide the Supply and Logistics community with an understanding of the end-to-end Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) requisition process.  This document has been significantly revised and is intended to assist the reader's understanding of each event in the procurement business process and its relationship with corresponding financial transactions.
