Marine Corps Aviation commanders and leaders, in concert with the NAE, will plan, execute, and manage the CR process to maximize the availability of aviation equipment and personnel. The CR process will inform decisions on material resource allocations and expenditures, minimize logistics downtime and delays through aggressive collaboration with service providers, and produce core competent aviation units and detachments with the required readiness for warfighting missions.
