This Order establishes Marine Corps policy, procedures, and responsibilities for preventing and responding to PAC behaviors that involve harassment, hazing, bullying, prohibited discrimination, and sexual harassment (SH). It implements and aligns with DoD and Department of the Navy (DON) policies on Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) Prevention and Response Programs and, includes alignment with references (a) through (bk), and recent updates to the Uniform Code of Military Justice [(UCMJ) (reference (d)].
