Suicide Prevention in the Marine Corps is executed in accordance with references (a) to (s) and this NAVMC. This NAVMC establishes procedures to support suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention efforts and to ensure consistency throughout the Marine Corps. This NAVMC details the activities of all stakeholders involved in the Marine Corps Suicide Prevention System (MCSPS), which incorporates critical elements and resources to support suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention efforts.
