This Order provides requirements for the collection of DNA within the Marine Corps in accordance with the Assistant Secretary of the Defense for Health Affairs (ASD (HA)) policies as outlined in reference (a). All personnel must provide DNA samples in compliance with this Order to aid in the identification of remains and establish a registry to carry out those policies.
