This Manual reflects a holistic approach to training Marine Corps Career Planners with a standardized career-training plan. The individual training standards contained in this Manual supersede the individual training standards listed in MCO 1510.100. That directive will remain in effect for approximately one year to support transition to the Career Planners T&R Manual by the Operating Forces and formal schools. This Manual incorporates both individual training standards and unit/section skills in a progressively more challenging "building block" approach that leaders can use to develop both the individual abilities and the team skills required of Career Planners.
