This Order provides policy for determining a DLSOR for ground weapon systems, ground support equipment, and software. The recommendations and decisions cited must ensure Marine Corps-wide compliance with congressional statutes, Department of Defense (DoD) requirements, and current orders while also best serving the needs of the Marine forces.
