This Order provides information, guidance, and procedures concerning the funding of Marine Corps Birthday Balls. This Order applies to all Birthday Balls (Command, Officer, Officer/Staff Noncommissioned Officer (SNCO) and Enlisted Marine Balls), except for the Headquarters, Marine Corps (HQMC) Ball. The HQMC Ball has been designated by the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) as the official Ball of the Marine Corps, and is therefore not subject to this Order.
