This Order establishes policy, guidance and procedures for eh effective and efficient management of the electromagnetic spectrum and identifies specific command relationships, roles, and responsibilities in the proper management and employment of S-D equipment and systems in support of the Marine Corps Operating Forces (OPFOR), installations, organizations, and activities in accordance with references (a) through) (y).
