This Order provides policy and implementation guidance for running an interior guard program. It will serve as the source document for training and inspections. Included are general directions, duties of personnel, orders and countersigns, guard mounting, post and relief procedures and conduct of guard aboard ship. This manual will be updated as necessary to provide current training standards and proper procedures for the conduct of an interior guard program.
