This Order establishes a sustainable maintenance program for Marine Corps' operational forces and supporting activities that incorporates a TPM strategy that includes integration of CBM+ concepts and the RCM process in order to facilitate CPI of maintenance planning, management, operations, engineering, and reporting practices.
