The Marine Corps will follow Law of War program by establishing and maintain training and reporting requirements and delineating responsibilities in accordance with references (a) and (f) to ensure Marines, and the Sailors and civilians accompanying them, to include contractors, conduct military operations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.  Enclosure (1) contains definitions applicable to this Order.
