To execute civilian community management policy requirements, objectives, and responsibilities to support United States Marine Corps (USMC) Strategic Human Capital Management and Planning. In addition, execute USMC civilian community management activities that inform the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON) and Civilian Command-Level Strategic Workforce Planning Procedures and regulatory requirements.
