This Order provides guidance on the types of housing allowance waivers that are authorized and sets the policy that governs BAH waiver requests in accordance with reference (a). It is a shared responsibility between the individual Marine and his/her Command (Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC)/S-1) to read and understand or seek clarification of the policy within this Order.
