The Community Counseling Program (CCP) is established to provide accessible, high quality, comprehensive non-medical counseling services for Marines, Sailors attached to Marine Corps units, and their eligible beneficiaries (hereafter referred to as Marines and family members, respectively).  This Order establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and standardizes CCP services across the Marine Corps.
