Commanding General (CG) Training and Education Command (TECOM), TECOM major subordinate commands (MSC), and cognizant Fleet Marine Force (FMF) commanders establish and sustain formal schools that prepare Marines and Sailors to perform capably in their FMF and supporting establishment (SE) billets.
