This Order is a complete revision of the last Marine Corps Public Affairs (PA) Manual and should be reviewed in its entirety. It provides updated policy and guidance for both commanding officers and PA Marines, per references (a) through (ai).  This Order provides policy and guidance for the execution of public affairs in the Marine Corps. All PA Marines shall be in compliance with this Order, references (a) through (ai) and enclosure (1).
