Marines with Company A, 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, conducted a raid demonstration in a simulated town and practiced the proper procedures of apprehending detainees during an amphibious raid demonstration in conjunction with a visit from the secretary of defense, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 27, 2015. This training was a part of the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force Crisis Response – Central Command – 15.2 certification exercise, conducted across several locations in the Western United States.
