Special Reaction Team conducts multiple weapons sustainment training

High-risk emergencies can happen anytime and require the attention of a specific group known as the Special Reaction Team, or commonly referred to as SRT. MCAS Iwakuni Marines conduct active shooter drill

U.S. Marines with the Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Special Reaction Team and the Provost Marshal’s Office conducted a barricaded suspect exercise at the Iwakuni Naval Family Branch Clinic on April 8, 2022. This type of training is held annually, however this is only the second time it has been conducted in the Branch Health Clinic. Combat Center SRT develops its Marines in fire, movement and breaching techniques

Marines with the Special Reaction Team, Provost Marshall’s Office, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, executed training on fire, movement and breaching techniques at the base Dec. 11, 2020.
