15th Marine Expeditionary Unit Marines and Sailors and Cold Bay Airport aircraft rescue firefighters pose for a photo in front of an Oshkosh Striker T3000 firetruck following a training event at Cold Bay Airport, Alaska in support of Northern Edge 2021. U.S. service members are participating in a joint training exercise hosted by U.S. Pacific Air Forces May 3-14, 2021, on and above the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex, the Gulf of Alaska, and temporary maritime activities area. U.S. service members from Joint Task Force 505 and Nepalese soldiers unload casualties to a medical triage area at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal, after a 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck the country, May 12. Joint Task Force 505 along with other multinational forces and humanitarian relief organizations are currently in the Nepal providing aid after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck the country, April 25.
