Firefighters with Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency Services participate in embankment rope training on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 28, 2022. The firefighters utilized roping techniques to rescue and provide care to a simulated victim located at the bottom of a steep embankment.
