MCSC fielding new cold weather boot in 2021 - Capt. Caleb Haney, a project officer with the Program Manager for Infantry Combat Equipment at Marine Corps Systems Command, assembles the Marine Corps Intense Cold Weather Boot Nov. 13 aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. The supplies are in support of the relief effort after a series of earthquakes struck the island of Kyushu.
