Lt. Col. Eduardo A. Abisellan, the commanding officer of 3rd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, congratulates Master Gunnery Sgt. David M. Jacobs, the battalion’s operations chief, during a ceremony at the unit’s gun ramp March 2 where Jacobs and Maj. Christopher B.
