Marine Unmanned Vehicle Squadron 4 had its first change of command ceremony since its re-activation in 2011 at Camp Talega here, Feb. 22. Lt. Col. Kyle J. Moore, who has commanded the unit since Feb. 2011, relinquished his command to Lt. Col. Matthew C. Shortal, who has accumulated more than 3,000 flight hours, been a pilot for the Navy's Blue Angels and selected for Marine Corps Aviator of the Year.
