Lt. Col. Gaines L. Ward, outgoing commanding officer, Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico, passes the colors to Lt. Col. Vincent J. Cuiccoli, incoming commanding officer MCAF Quantico, on June 27, 2013. Cuiccoli has accumulated over 2,400 hours as a naval aviator. Prior to taking command of MCAF Quantico, Cuiccoli served as the executive officer of Marine Aircraft Group 39 in California.
