The ceremony adjutant, 1st Lt. Roxanne E. Kilmer, narrates for the 3rd Marine Logistics Group’s Marine Corps birthday ball Nov. 1 at the Butler Officers Club on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The event celebrated the Marine Corps’ 238th birthday, which is on Nov. 10. The celebration differs from last year in that the officers and staff noncommissioned officers participated in a combined ball this year, according to one officer in attendance. Kilmer is with 3rd MLG, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
