Brig. Gen. Mark R. Wise prepares for the next portion on his tour of Marine Corps bases Sept. 30. Wise toured on a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter and was given a brief on the Futenma Relocation Facility. Wise is the deputy commander with United States Forces Japan. The CH-53E is with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 361, currently assigned to 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, under the unit deployment program.
