U.S. Marines with 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment transport a casualty to the landing zone during an attack evolution at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 20, 2016. To add an extra element to the training, a Marine acted as a casualty during a patrol. Marines were then tasked to apply the proper steps and extract the casualty to the designated LZ.
