Marines practice setting up a Meteorological Radar Subsystem at Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., Sept. 14, 2016. The MRS was used by Marines with Meteorology and Oceanography platoon, 2nd Intelligence Battalion and Marine Air Traffic Control Detachment Bravo, Marine Air Traffic Control Squadron 2 to predict cloud cover, tropical storms and other possible weather systems in the area.
