Pauly, the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing comptroller, a military term meaning financial advisor, answers questions concerning budget cuts and money appropriation during a Sergeants Major Symposium aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 21 and 22. Sergeants major, master gunnery sergeants, first sergeants and master sergeants from the West Coast came together to discuss pertinent issues facing the Marine Corps.
