U.S. Marines attached to Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry - East, fire M203 grenade launchers during a training exercise for the Infantry Small Unit Leaders Course, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune N.C., Sept. 22, 2016. The purpose of ISULC is to develop an infantry sergeant that trains and leads their unit in a complex operating environment to achieve their commander’s intent.
