CAMP BARAN, South Korea -- Lt. Gen. John F. Goodman, commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, (left) presents Capt. Kelly J. Grissom, intelligence officer, MFP, with the Bronze Star medal with combat distinguishing device, for his actions as company commander of Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, during their deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2005. Grissom led his Marines during 'Operation Whalers,' through the Chawkay Valley of Afghanistan.
