AR RAMADI, Iraq (May 13, 2005) -Marines with 2nd Platoon, Company B, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, move through a street in the city here during a patrol. Warriors with 2nd Platoon conducted a three-hour presence patrol through a portion of their company's area of operations notorious for insurgent activity. The Marines encountered sporadic machine gun fire from insurgents during their mission, which was geared toward disrupting enemy activity.
