MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Sergeant Major T.F. Hall hands the noncommissioned officer's sword from Lt. Col. William Jurney, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment's commander, here Dec. 14 to officially resign the position of battalion sergeant major. Hall, a veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, was relieved by 1st Sgt. Ernest Hoopii. Hall is currently 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion's sergeant major.
