While on the range with Marines from Black Sea Rotational Force-11, Camp Pendleton, Calif., Maj. Selden B. Hale, the Ground Combat Element commander and Gunnery Sgt. Daniel A. Devine, the GCE executive officer prepare to shoot a Table 3 drill for the Combat Marksmanship Program. BSRF-11, a Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force composed of Marine reservist from across the nation, are slated to deploy to the Black Sea Region to build partnerships with nations in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions.
