Marines with the ground combat element, Black Sea Rotational Force-11, Camp Pendleton, Calif., shoot-on-the-move for Table 4 drills of the Combat Marksmanship Program. The BSRF-11 is a Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force that will be deploying to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions and will mark the second time in history Marines have stepped foot on that region of the world.
