During a foreign weapons familiarization, Cpl. Nicholas Porter, an Amarillo, Texas, native and rifleman with Black Sea Rotational Force 11, gets a brief introduction to the Bulgarian-issued Dragunov machine gun from Bulgarian Capt. Svetoslav Godinov, company commander of the Bulgarian infantry battalion participating in the combat marksmanship range. The Ground Combat Element of BSRF-11 conducted counterinsurgency and peacekeeping operations with Bulgarians and Serbians to work with foreign soldiers and build the military capacities of partner nations.
