Delgado during the opening ceremony for a bilateral training evolution taking place in the Philippines. The training includes two exercises, Talon Vision and Amphibious Landing Exercises 2006, which are designed to improve interoperability, increase readiness and continue professional relationships between the U.S. and Philippine Armed Forces.
