Sgt. Ashley M. Lorenc, a 25-year-old administration clerk with the 9th Marine Corps District, from Derby, Kan., snuggles with her Yukon lynx, Kisa, at her home in Kansas City, Mo. Lorenc has taken care of the 16-month-old, 21-pound bobcat since the cat was only 5-weeks-old and wieghed less than one pound. Their relationship is described as that of a mother and child.
