Pfc. Patrick Christensen, a rifleman with Company D, Anti-Terrorism Battalion, 4th Marine Division, listens to his available choices in Billings, Mont., October 20, 2012, as his infantry company is being transformed into a military police company. The move is due to the commandant-directed Force Structure Review, which will affect 147 of 183 Marine Forces Reserve sites as the force restructures and modernizes its units. The Marine Corps has assembled a Personnel Transition Team to help Marines make informed career choices as to how they can continue to serve in the Corps.
