Reynaldo S. Ortiz, a police officer for the Provost Marshal Office here, is stunned during training at Del Mar’s old fire house here Feb. 12. The Taser has recently been added to Camp Pendleton’s force continuum. Police officers and military police here are undergoing training to learn how to effectively, properly and safely employ the Taser.
