U.S. Marine infantryman Staff Sgt. Joshua Morris, a Colorado native, discusses the impacts on a target April 7 with Philippine Marine Staff Sgt. Donald Bucayo, a native of Cagayan Valley, during a bilateral live-fire drill at a firing range in Crow Valley, Philippines, as part of Balikatan 2013. BK13 is an annual bilateral training exercise that facilitates interoperability between Philippine and U.S. military forces across a wide range of military actions. Bucayo is with Inshore Boat Battalion, Philippine Marine Corps, and Morris is with Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division.
